Hey There,

I am trying to not rely on xanax when my panic gets out of control, and was wondering if anyone has had luck with valerian root. I am prescribed a pretty low dose (.05mg), but am worried about dependance (in fact taking xanax sometimes makes me anxious!). This is also ironic, as I have no trouble binge drinking during a particular trying time. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
